The completed websites will be reviewed and approved by the Group PAO and ITO, then published by Wing IT.

Since the new wing website and group websites are now in SiteViz, please make sure that the links to the wing or group pages are picked in the SiteViz dropdown of page links, rather than “hard-wired” i.e. entered as an explicit URL:
This method allows for automatic link updating by the system, in case the referred to page moves or changes title. Please make sure that the links to Group or Wing pages follow this method.
You should add more information in the recurring meeting events. This new calendar should replace your current Google calendar, which is being phased out for security reasons. The new calendar is accessible to the cadets, parents, sponsors, and the community. Please use it to show all of your non-OPSEC events and meetings. The internal calendar and shared document storage is in Office 365 SharePoint – see links under Members.
Many of your units either received or are about to receive a new web address for their published SiteViz public-facing website. We are required by regulations to register our Internet presence – websites, Facebook pages, etc. – in the Internet Operations on eServices. The page will look like this:
Typically this update is performed by the unit ITOs and approved by their commander. Group ITOs can perform the update too. While you are on the Internet Operations page, please remove/delete any other obsolete websites registered with NHQ.
