Registration is now open for the 2026 Florida Wing and Southeast Region Conference. We are so excited to have you come and join us for our annual conference in sunny Orlando Florida! We have many exciting additions to the Florida Wing Conference this year and you won’t want to miss it!
Cadet Conference
The Cadet Conference is now BIGGER and BETTER as it will now be its own stand-alone conference across the street at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Disney Springs, Florida! MORE classes, NEW classes, EXCLUSIVE Cadet General session!

Cadet Dance
The Cadet Dance is back! DJ Hektic will be returning, MORE prizes, MORE entertainment, MORE fun!
2026 Dance Theme: Black and White
The Cadet Dance was introduced last year at the conference, and it was such a huge hit that it’s back for another year, bigger and better!
Tickets are limited and we anticipate selling out prior to the conference registration closing date, so buy your tickets early to avoid disappointment. ONLY Cadet members - NO guests. More information can be found in the Cadet Conference Handbook.
Senior Conference and Banquet
We have a special opportunity for those who purchase both a Conference ticket and Banquet ticket this year, you will be entered into a drawing to win a 2-night escape and dolphin swim for 4 people in the Florida Keys! Drawing will take place at the Banquet.
Pre-Conference Classes
We have more pre-conference classes than ever before! All day Pre-Conference classes will include snacks, tea, coffee, and lunch! Pre-Conference classes will take place at both hotel locations: The Drury Plaza Hotel and The DoubleTree by Hilton. We will be utilizing a conference and events APP called “WHOVA” to enhance real time communication with conference attendees.
Check-in, instant updates, changes, communication, locations, site maps, class descriptions, room locations, and class sign-ins will all take place within the APP!
The 2026 FL SER Conference page will be available on the APP from March 1st, 2026, where you will be able to sign-up to Saturday sessions prior to arrival, get up to the minute updates, experience a quicker and smoother check-in process, and to help you plan your conference stay!
